My London Transfers Terms and Conditions Version 2.0

 Terms and Conditions

Definitions:

  • Agreed Pick-Up Point: The designated place for pick-up by My London Transfer as specified in the details.
  • Agreed Time: The scheduled date and time for pick-up by My London Transfer as specified in the details.
  • Booking: Reservation of a Cab via My London Transfer’s website for journeys.
  • Cab: A Private Hire Vehicle or Taxi for pre-booked trips.
  • Fare: The fee paid for the confirmed trip.
  • Personal Data: Information provided regarding addresses, phone numbers, and Card details.

Use of Website:

  • Accuracy in providing details for bookings is (https://book.mylondontransfer.com/) your responsibility.
  • My London Transfer is a disclosed booking agent for PHOs (Private Hire or Taxi Operators) and is not an Operator.
  • Users must be at least eighteen years old to book.
  • My London Transfer may refuse or cancel bookings, refunding the Fee in such cases.
  • Personal Data will be recorded but not disclosed to third parties except the PHO, unless stated in the Privacy Policy.

Bookings:

  • Quotes are fixed price offers available at the time of booking from PHOs.
  • The responsibility to ensure correct Details lies with the user.
  • Confirmed Bookings are subject to My London Transfer’s Terms overriding PHO Terms in case of conflict.
  • User must address specific requirements directly with the PHO.

Payment:

  • Payment by Card or Cash as per user’s choice.
  • Card payment refusal by the issuer cancels the Booking.

Insurance:

  • My London Transfer and PHOs are not responsible for damage or loss to Goods during trips.

Cancellation and Refunds:

  • Users can cancel bookings within specified timeframes for a refund.
  • Failure to show or late arrival may lead to a no-refund policy.
  • Refunds due to cancellations will be processed within specific timeframes.

Limitation of Liability:

  • My London Transfer isn’t liable for delays or failures by PHOs.
  • Indirect or consequential losses due to PHO service issues aren’t the responsibility of My London Transfer.
  • My London Transfer’s liability is limited to £500.

Behaviour:

  • PHO reserves the right to terminate a trip due to disruptive or unsafe conduct by passengers.

Limitations and Exclusions:

  • PHO doesn’t carry certain goods or property and isn’t liable for related loss or damage.

Disputes:

  • Users must attempt to resolve complaints with the PHO directly within specific timeframes.
  • Unresolved complaints should be reported to My London Transfer within specified timeframes for resolution by an independent third party if necessary.

Privacy Policy:

  • My London Transfer maintains the confidentiality of Personal Data collected during bookings and may update the Privacy Policy on the website.

Miscellaneous:

  • These terms constitute the entire agreement and supersede previous agreements.
  • Notices to My London Transfer or users must be in writing and submitted as specified.
  • Governing law is English Law; disputes fall under English courts’ jurisdiction.
