Taxi to Heathrow Terminal 5

Your driver will be at either the North Meeting Point, opposite Travelex Currency Exchange, or the South Meeting Point near Costa Coffee in the Terminal 5 arrivals hall, depending on which we confirm with you at booking. They will be holding a name board. Pick-ups are not made from the terminal forecourt, which is drop-off only. After meeting your driver, you will be escorted to the vehicle in the Terminal Parking (Short Stay) car park, which is a covered two-minute walk from the arrivals hall.

You can book up to a few hours before your flight, but for early morning BA departures, peak summer travel dates, and bank holiday periods, booking at least 24 hours ahead ensures your preferred vehicle class is available. Yes. Heathrow’s terminal forecourt charge for private hire vehicles is included in the fare quoted at the time of booking. No additional charges are applied at the end of your journey. The drop-off zone is accessed via Wayfarer Road outside the T5 main entrance and operates 24 hours a day.
