Cancellation Policy
At My London Transfer, we understand that plans can change. To keep things fair and clear for all customers, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings.
1. Cancellation Eligibility
Customers may cancel their booking at any time before the scheduled ride.
2. Refund Policy
A full refund will only be provided if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
3. Non-Refundable Cancellations
If a booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, the payment will be non-refundable.
4. How To Cancel
To cancel a booking, customers must contact My London Transfer directly through one of the following methods:

A cancellation will only be considered valid once it has been received and confirmed by our team.

We recommend contacting us as early as possible if your plans change, so we can assist you promptly and confirm whether your booking qualifies for a refund.
